Johann Strauss was the most significant Viennese composer of easy-listening music of the 19th century. Premiere: Dec 20, 1991

Running time: 2 hours 50 minutes with 2 intermissions
Performed in German with Czech and English captions.

Response in the press

“A performance with esprit and dynamism… A spectacular show in which the plot’s progress never falters.”
