Heavenly Beauty of National Music

The sound of two bamboo flutes remindes us of birds in a jungle. You can hear the old Chinese folk melodies played on the special Sichuan old cither. A group of black-haired girls performes traditional Chinese dances. Female music group called Heavenly Beauty of National Music presents ancient Chinese music using folk instruments in a contemporary new way.

Their repertory covers various types of Chinese music including classical works and Sichuan-style and ethnic music in Western China. All members are good at not only playing music, but also singing and dancing.

The group has performed in the USA, Russia, Switzerland, South Africa, Mexico and Spain. Their enthusiasm and talent was admired by audience around the world.
