The following information will be used exclusively for purposes of registering and filling your order. After your order is registered an employee of the sales department will contact you and take your binding order. Please fill in all the spaces that are indicated in bold.
To complete the order you must give your telephone number or e-mail address.

In the next step we ask you to recheck the information you have entered. You can also find out the cost of postage according to the country entered and the method of delivery.

Purchase and delivery of the book

To purchase the book The Prague State Opera: A History of the Theatre in Pictures and Dates, 1888–2003 and have it sent to you via the Czech Postal Service you need to do the following:

• Fill out the order form
• Send the total amount (calculated in 2nd step of our on-line form) to the Prague State Opera’s bank account (see pament details).

When you have completed this procedure the Prague State Opera will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been filled and giving the date when the book was mailed.
